Molly Conway is the owner of Conway Law Firm PLLC. She has extensive commercial litigation experience and helps clients achieve successful outcomes in litigation matters.

Molly has a broad experience in complex business litigation matters, including but not limited to: automotive products liability, class actions, patent / trademark / copyright infringement, trade secrets, unfair competition, franchise, fraud, tortious interference, contractual claims, real estate tax valuation methodologies, bankruptcy, and a variety of financial transactions. 

Molly’s prior experience includes:

• Genesee County Prosecutor's Office - Felony Crime Division

• Before law school, Molly worked in the medical device industry for a number of years, specifically, in the area of internal audit and regulatory affairs senior management. 

• Molly earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law Reform, Employment Chair for the Intellectual Property Student Association, and Secretary for the Bankruptcy Law Society. 

• She earned her M.B.A. at John Carroll University cum laude and B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Akron. 

• Apart from her legal career, Molly is a licensed asbestos contractor/supervisor as well as an inspector in the state of Michigan and owns Environmental Affairs LLC and A1 Pro Services, LLC, which provide various environmental remediation, inspection, and consulting services.
